Our anniversary is a celebration of continuing Mary Breckinridge’s mission and vision, while preparing our graduates to continue making an impact on healthcare nationwide and around the globe. ”

FNU is both a nationally and regionally accredited University with more than 1,500 students currently enrolled. Frontier prepares nurse-midwives and nurse practitioners to provide care in all parts of the world, with a focus on rural and underserved areas. Our students are drawn to the tradition of Frontier and its storied mission of service, ” adds Dr. Stone.
